PAYMENT BY CARD
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, payment will be made in real time through a virtual POS managed by Banc Sabadell. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase and entered your cardholder's name, a Banco Sabadell window will open requesting your card details to process your order. Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. Once identification is complete, Banco Sabadell will notify us of the result of the payment process so we can process the order. If payment is declined, the order will be automatically rejected.
PAYPAL
If you have a PayPal account, you can easily purchase on this website using this payment method. Select this option and you'll be automatically redirected to the PayPal page.
BIZUM
When you click the option to pay with BIZUM, you will be redirected to a secure BIZUM page where you must enter your mobile number and the associated BIZUM password to authorize the payment.
BANK TRANSFER
Once you have selected the bank transfer payment option, the details required to make the payment are as follows:
The transfer process must be completed within 5 business days of placing the order. The transfer will not be confirmed until our account has been charged. If we have not received the payment within 5 days, we will cancel the order.
The transfer costs will always be borne by the buyer.

How do I finance my order at Procomobel?
The financing process with Cetelem is fast, secure, and simple.
You can view the financing calculator both on the product page and during the checkout process. This calculator will show you the financing amount, the financing term, and the monthly payment due.
1. Select the products you wish to purchase on our website.
2. Once you have checked out, in step 4, "Payment," select the payment method "Finance with Cetelem." The calculator will appear, showing you the financing amount and the number of installments. At this point, you will be redirected to the Cetelem payment platform, where you can complete the financing process in just a few steps and completely online.
What documentation do I need to present?
If you are already a Cetelem customer with a line of credit:
1. 2-click process: It won't take more than 2 minutes to finance your purchase.
2. You won't need to fill out any details or provide any documentation.
3. You'll receive a transaction summary with all the financing details and a thank you note for your trust.
If you are a Cetelem customer but do not yet have a line of credit:
1. Pre-Approval and Other Information: Once you apply for financing, Cetelem will review the pre-filled information. You can verify your address and select a bank account.
2. Contract Signature and PIN: You will receive an SMS on the mobile phone you provided with a one-time PIN code to proceed with the signature. To comply with regulations, you must provide your ID, bank statement, and proof of income. It's easy: you can upload the documentation from Dropbox or Google Drive from your mobile phone.
If you are a new Cetelem customer:
1. Data Request: Once you have applied for financing, you must provide a series of personal and professional details.
2. Contract Signature and PIN Code: You will receive an SMS on the mobile phone you provided with a one-time PIN code to proceed with the signature. To comply with regulations, you must provide your ID, bank statement, and proof of income. It's very easy: you can upload the documentation from Dropbox or Google Drive from your mobile phone.
When do I start paying my financing?
The first receipt will be processed into your bank account on the 5th of the month following the financing process. If your purchase is made between the 25th and 31st of the month, the first receipt will be issued on the second day of the month in which the financing was processed.
