Coupons and promotions have a limited duration and specific conditions of use (minimum purchase or limited use per product and/or brand, as well as excluded brands). This information will always be indicated in the terms and conditions.

In any case, the discount offered by the coupon or promotion is never applied to shipping or logistics costs, unless it is a specific "free shipping" campaign.

If you have received a coupon from us as compensation or a refund, you can always find it linked to your user profile.

DISCOUNT ON NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

If you subscribe to the Procomobel newsletter, you'll enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on your first purchase on our website if your order is equal to or greater than €200. This discount cannot be combined with other offers, discounted products, coupons, promotions, or discounts. This discount is non-transferable. This discount code only applies to domestic orders placed on Procomobel.com.

The promotional discount for subscribing to the Newsletter may not apply to certain brands and/or products.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPON?

Once you confirm your subscription to our newsletter, you'll receive a Welcome email containing your discount code. Copy this code and enter it at checkout. All you need to do is:

2. Enter the code we sent you by email.

LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY

1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The Company PROCOMONEL with registered office at ALTO DEL MONCAYO, S/N, 03140 Alicante and identified with the number B30444798 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions set forth in the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on December 11th and end on December 18th at midnight.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be as follows:

• Participants are eligible to participate if they reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age.
• Only participants with an Instagram account are eligible to participate.
• Participants must comment on the brand's Instagram post, tagging two friends during the entry period.
• Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. Participants who are found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles will be disqualified.
• Even if participants write multiple comments on the same post, they will only be eligible for one entry in the random drawing.
• The app will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same participant, even if they are in different comments.

4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

The three winners will be randomly selected via the platform https://www.wask.co/instagram-giveaway-comment-winner-picker?lang=es. The three winners will be announced on December 20th via the brand's social media profiles, along with the certificate of validity of the raffle.

The prize will consist of a rectangular glass tray with oval corners "Organic", valued at €79, from the furniture brand ETHNICRAFT. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered.

The winner may contact the Company within 10 days from the date announced on the brand's social media profile. If no such contact is made within the stipulated period, another winner will be selected, who will be the next alternate.

The raffle and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is found that any Participant does not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the information provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be deemed void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to any prizes awarded under this Promotion. The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

6. PUBLISHING COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, libelous, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against individuals that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will also not be permitted. We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time may offend the sensibilities of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use.

If the Company is found to have used fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the execution of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the Participant's use of the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not assume liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion cannot be held, whether due to fraud detected during the promotion, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal operation of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.

8. PROMOTION ON INSTAGRAM

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, and participants therefore release Instagram from any liability for any damages arising from the promotion.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by PROCOMOBLE S.L., with Tax ID No. B30444798, for the purpose of managing your participation in the draw and processing the prize, as well as disseminating and publicizing the results, if you authorize us to do so. To exercise your rights, if necessary, you will be asked for a document that reliably proves your identity. 10. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

By simply participating in the sweepstakes, the Participant fully accepts the terms and conditions of these Legal Terms. Furthermore, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which the sweepstakes is conducted.

11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or compliance with these bases.
