At Procomobel we offer different types of discount coupons, gift cards, and promotional giveaways.
Coupons, gift cards, giveaways, and other promotions have a limited duration and specific terms of use (such as minimum purchase amounts, or limitations by product and/or brand, as well as excluded brands). This information will always be indicated in the applicable terms and conditions.
In any case, the discount offered by a coupon, gift card, or promotion is never applied to shipping fees or logistics costs, unless it is a specific “free shipping” campaign.
If you have received a coupon or gift card from us as compensation or reimbursement, you will always find it linked to your user account.
GIFT CARD
The Gift Card is a tool to facilitate purchases on our website. There are two types: an E-Gift Card, delivered by email, and a physical Gift Card, delivered by carrier. Both are valid exclusively on our platform.
Option 1: The Gift Card may be used to purchase any product available on our website.
Option 2: The Gift Card will only be valid for those products that indicate the option to use it at the time of purchase.
Customers may return an unused Gift Card within the statutory period, which is 14 calendar days from receipt of the E-Gift Card by email or the physical card at the recipient’s address.
Our Gift Cards allow partial use of the balance, with the remaining amount kept for future purchases. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, upon presentation of the purchase receipt or e-ticket.
The balance of the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, but if products purchased with the card are returned, the amount will be credited back to the same card.
Customers can check their Gift Card balance on our website, either by signing in to their account area or by using the “Balance inquiry” option.
To redeem the card, add the desired items to the cart and select the “Gift voucher” option at checkout.
Option 1: Both the physical Gift Card and the E-Gift Card are activated upon issuance.
Option 2: The physical Gift Card purchased online must be activated before use by providing the last four digits of the recipient’s mobile phone number.
If the card amount is higher than the order total, the required balance will be used and the remainder will stay on the card. If it is lower, the difference must be paid with another method.
Gift Cards cannot be used together with discount coupons.
When gifting a card to a third party, a valid email address must be provided. The minimum amount for a gift card is €30.
The physical card will be delivered to the specified address within 24–48 hours, while the E-Gift Card will be available within 24 hours in the beneficiary’s email.
Returns of purchases paid with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card.
The Gift Card has an expiration period that will be specified before purchase; it becomes void after this period.
We reserve the right to cancel Gift Cards in the event of fraud.
By using a Gift Card, the customer agrees to comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Gift Cards are valid only for customers aged 16 or over.
If you would like a gift receipt with your order, please request it during checkout. You may return a product purchased with a gift receipt and receive a virtual gift card for the amount.

TERMS OF USE FOR DISCOUNT COUPONS
At Procomobel we offer our customers various discount coupons and promotions throughout the year, during sales periods, special campaigns, ad-hoc promotional actions, or discounts linked to certain brands, categories, or products available in our online store.
The use of these coupons is governed by the following conditions:
Limited validity
Each coupon or promotional code has a limited validity period, which will be expressly indicated in the promotion itself or the communication in which the coupon was provided.
Once this period has elapsed, the coupon automatically expires and cannot be applied or redeemed.
Personal and limited use
Coupons are personal and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.
In general, only one coupon per order and per customer may be applied.
Application of the discount
The discount applies only to the value of the products included in the order, excluding shipping fees, logistics costs, or additional services, unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g., “free shipping” campaigns).
To benefit from the discount, customers must enter the code in the corresponding field during checkout.
Compatibility and stacking
Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions or gift vouchers, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific campaign.
All Procomobel discount codes are compatible with the 3% discount for payment by bank transfer.
Restrictions
Some coupons may be limited to specific products, categories, or brands, or require a minimum purchase amount.
There may also be explicitly excluded brands or products in the promotion.
These specific conditions will always be detailed in the coupon information or campaign terms.
Returns or cancellations
In case of returning an order where a coupon was applied, the amount to be refunded will be the price actually paid, after deducting the coupon value used.
Under no circumstances will the coupon value be refunded, nor can it be reused after the return.
Modification or cancellation of promotions
Procomobel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or discount code at any time, without prejudice to the rights acquired by consumers who have already made valid use of it prior to such modification.
BLACK-5 DISCOUNT COUPON
This coupon is limited to the BLACK MONTH 2025 campaign (1–30 November 2025). It grants a 5% discount applicable to sale items. Not combinable with other discount coupons. It can be combined with the 3% discount for payment by bank transfer. This coupon may be subject to restrictions for certain brands and products.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION COUPON
If you subscribe to the Procomobel newsletter, you will enjoy a 10% discount on your first purchase on our website.

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company PROCOMOBEL, with registered address at ALTO DEL MONCAYO, S/N, 03140 Alicante, Spain, and tax ID number B30444798, is organizing the giveaway (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) nationwide, to be carried out online, exclusively for users residing in Spain, in accordance with the participation requirements.
The purpose of this giveaway is to reward the loyalty of the brand’s followers.
2. START AND END DATES
The Promotion will start on October 10 and will end on October 31, 2025 at 00:00 hours.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:
1. Open to individuals residing in Spain who are 18 or older.

The winner will be announced on November 3 on the brand’s social media profiles, together with the giveaway validity certificate. The prize will consist of 1 gift coupon worth €250, valid for purchases made on www.procomobel.com.
Coupon terms of use:

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evidenced that any participant does not meet the requirements set out in the Terms, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing any right to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. The Company reserves the right to declare the giveaway void.
6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, injurious or discriminatory, or that could infringe the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the rights to honor, personal and family privacy, or self-image will not be permitted either. We are not responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that could offend the sensitivity of other participants at any time. If the Company discovers the use of fraudulent means to participate, such as the use of bots in comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example and not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant of the prize obtained from this Promotion. We assume no responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. 8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Terms, each participant consents to their personal data being included in a file owned by the Company, for the purpose of managing the giveaway, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the participant has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the regulations, and in the event their rights are not satisfied. The participant declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the processing.
9. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms, provided that the rights of the participants in the Promotion are not prejudiced or undermined. Mere participation in the giveaway implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms. Likewise, participation in a giveaway of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network (Instagram) through which it is carried out.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms will be governed in accordance with the laws of Spain. The Courts and Tribunals of the participant’s city of residence will have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or performance of these terms.
