Cancellations, returns and refunds

In what cases can a product and/or order be cancelled by Procomobel.com?

Although this is not usual, Procomobel may cancel your online order in whole or in part in the following cases:

1. When the products listed on our website are no longer available.

2. When we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

3. When the product is subject to shipping restrictions.

4. When the product displayed on the platform contains a manifest error, such as the price shown being incorrect.

5. When we are unable to process the order for technical reasons.

6. When we know or reasonably suspect that the order was placed with the aid or intervention of any software, robot, crawler, spider, or any other automated device or procedure.

How can I modify/cancel my order?

Once you've made your purchase and received your order confirmation email, you won't be able to make any changes or cancel your order. This is because your order will automatically be placed in the "Preparation in Progress" status, and we won't be able to process any changes or cancellations (full or partial).

At Procomobel, we strive to ensure your products are manufactured and shipped as quickly as possible, so we process your order immediately after receiving payment confirmation from you.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it from the shipping company of your choice.

Once we receive your return, and always ensuring that the instructions detailed below for returning items have been followed, we will refund the amount paid using the same method you used for your purchase.

If you wish to change your contact information or delivery address, you can do so from your customer account, under "My Personal Information." If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@procomobel.com or by calling +34 673 537 340.

Right of withdrawal

To return a product, as an individual, you have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product. Return shipping costs will always be borne by the buyer.

How should I return a product purchased at Procomobel.com?

1. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in the exact same condition in which you received them, along with their complete original packaging, tags, and any accessories and related documentation.

2. In order to process your return, we need you to send us the completed Returns Form and take several photographs of the product(s) you wish to return. Send the form and photographs to: info@procomobel.com

3. Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any way.

4. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows any damage, of any kind.

5. As a customer, you are responsible for proving that the items have been returned correctly, so we recommend that you always send your returns using a system that certifies delivery.

6. The customer is responsible for choosing the shipping company for the return of the item(s) and for assuming the associated shipping costs.

7. Under no circumstances will we accept returns sent freight collect.

8. Returned products must be sent in a single delivery.

9. PROCOMOBEL SL reserves the right not to accept products that belong to a single order, returned and delivered at different times.

10. To make a return you must send us the products along with the return form to the following address: Ctra/ Alto Del Moncayo S/n (03140), Guardamar Del Segura, Alicante.

Returns will not be accepted for products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Once we verify that the products you returned meet all the specifications of our Return Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.

Regardless of the payment method you used (including if you opted for our financing option), the refund will be processed as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of receiving the product at our warehouses. If you paid by bank transfer, to process the return, you must include an account number on the return form where we can make the deposit.

If your return does not meet the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Can I return an item or items purchased online to a store?

You can return an item or items purchased online to our store in Guardamar del Segura (Ctra/Alto Del Moncayo s/N, 03540). You must contact the online department (Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and bring the printed Returns Form with you. Once our staff has verified that the product is in perfect condition and meets the return requirements mentioned in the previous section, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used to place the online order.

Returns of defective products

The full or partial amount of the order will only be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer if, at the time of delivery, and only if you detect that the product(s) have ANY manufacturing defect, the product received is incorrect, or has been unsealed. You must inform the logistics company upon receipt and reject the order.

In the case of deliveries with assembly, you must check the NON-CONFORM box on the delivery note and indicate the reason(s) for the detected issue in the comments section. Products must be returned in the exact same condition as when received, along with their complete original packaging, labels, and any other accessories and related documentation.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to check that the furniture or pieces of furniture are in perfect condition before the logistics company collects the packaging and leaves the address where the delivery was made. If the "CONFORMITY" is indicated, we will understand that the defect was caused after the fact and is beyond the control of Procomobel. Without prejudice to the provisions of this section and any other rights to which you may be entitled, you will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed, as well as any applicable shipping costs.

In these cases, you must:

1. Contact us immediately, within 24 hours, via the contact email: info@procomobel.com, indicating the error or defect along with your personal information.

2. To return a product due to defects, poor condition, an error in the product shipped, etc., it is very important that you take a photo immediately after observing a discrepancy in the product, showing the date and time, and clearly showing the problem with the product.

3. Products in poor condition or incorrectly purchased must be returned using the procedure established in the previous section to the following address: Ctra/ Alto Del Moncayo S/n (03140), Guardamar Del Segura, Alicante.

Once you inform us of the detected defect, we will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether it is appropriate to return or replace it (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

Provided that the User has followed the established procedure and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, PROCOMOBEL SL will refund the price paid for returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the product order placed by the User.

In the event of any problems with the packaging, you must notify the carrier upon receiving the order, indicating this on the receipt or on the delivery person's tablet.
