HOW DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS?
At PROCOMOBEL S.L., we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory, which is why we only work with top-quality logistics and package delivery companies. Your order will be processed securely and delivered to the address you indicated in your order.
We ship to the entire Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except Formentera) at incredible prices.
We also ship to the Canary Islands and internationally. In these cases, please contact us at info@procomobel.com and we will send you a personalized quote.
The approximate delivery time for your order is specified on each product page. Delivery times are always approximate and, therefore, may be subject to changes due to external factors (although this is not typical). In any case, at Procomobel we work very hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Our carriers will notify you by phone or text message as soon as your order leaves our logistics warehouses.
Place of Delivery
PROCOMOBEL S.L. undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address you indicated in the order. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address you provide must be one where delivery can be made during normal business hours.
Don't forget that you can also pick up your order at any of our two physical stores in Guardamar del Segura.
Therefore, PROCOMOBEL S.L. assumes no liability when delivery of the product is not made as a result of the information you have provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as a manifest impossibility of delivery (e.g., absence of the recipient).
You, as the buyer, acquire ownership of PROCOMOBEL S.L. products when you receive the shipping confirmation and the product leaves our warehouses.
Delivery is deemed complete from the moment the product is made available to you at the delivery location you indicated during the PURCHASE PROCESS.
The risk of the products (including, but not limited to, loss, damage, or theft) will be transferred to you, as the customer, from the moment the product(s) are made available to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Deliveries
You'll be able to see the applicable shipping costs once you've added your products to your cart and before completing your purchase (remember to always include your full shipping address). At PROCOMOBEL S.L., we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience on our website. Therefore, shipping to the Peninsula for all orders over €150 is free.
It is very important that before clicking the "CHECKOUT" button, you check that all the contents of your cart are correct (products, quantity, finishes, personal information, delivery information, etc.). You have a space reserved for leaving us any comments regarding your order during the checkout process (SHIPPING METHODS).
Deliveries are made directly to the customer's address, with advance notice from the carrier (you will be notified by phone, email, or SMS, depending on the carrier).
Shipments to any of our physical stores or addresses within the provinces of Alicante and Murcia will be delivered free of charge (assembly fee: €39.99).
The delivery times indicated on the product sheet are approximate, although at Procomobel we work every day to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may vary, although we will do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Orders destined for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and international shipments will experience longer delivery times. One of our employees will contact you with an approximate delivery date.
We work with 2 types of shipping:
1. Standard Shipping: Includes shipping to the customer's home. The order will be delivered to the front door.
2. Premium Shipping: Includes shipping and assembly in the room selected by the customer at the time of delivery.

EXCEPTION TO STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS – PROCOMOBEL ANTIQUES
Products listed under the Procomobel Antiques category do not include shipping costs in the displayed price. Procomobel can arrange transportation; however, this will incur a logistics surcharge, calculated based on the number of items and the delivery location.

WHICH COMPANY WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDER?
At Procomobel, we typically work with several specialized logistics companies:
1. GLS and CTT Express for items weighing less than 20 kg.
2. Tamdis for bulky furniture or furniture that requires assembly.
On special occasions, or when the shipment is handled directly by one of our suppliers, we may use another shipping company.
Deliveries via GLS and CTT Express (orders up to 20 kg and no assembly required)
You will receive your delivery by GLS or CTT Express directly at your home.
Once your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with the package number and a link to track your shipment.
If you are not at home, the carrier will leave you a delivery notice. You can reschedule a delivery or request a drop-off at a collection point (at no additional cost). If you choose the latter option, you will have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to its destination.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). If you have a delivery time preference, you can indicate it in the order comment, and we will try to accommodate it (to the extent possible with the route and the carrier's schedule). Compliance with the selected delivery time is the sole responsibility of the logistics company, GLS, and is never the responsibility of PROCOMOBEL S.L.
The shipping price may vary depending on the delivery area and the order amount and will be displayed before completing the purchase.
Depending on the volume of the order and the destination location, delivery times may be extended. In any case, you will be automatically notified upon purchase. This is without prejudice to force majeure or when, due to any circumstance beyond the control of PROCOMOBEL S.L., delivery cannot be made, in which case the user will be notified as soon as possible.
Deliveries by Tamdis (orders over 20 kg or requiring assembly)
Tamdis delivery personnel will deliver your order directly to the address indicated. The furniture will be delivered inside the home and in the room indicated at the time of purchase/order (unpacking and assembly of the merchandise is not included in the Standard Delivery service and will incur an additional charge).
If you have purchased Premium Delivery with delivery and assembly (additional charge indicated at the time of payment), the company will also be responsible for unpacking the packages and assembling the various pieces of furniture. Under no circumstances is assembly included for items that require plumbing, electrical connections, or ceiling or wall mounting.
The person receiving the merchandise will be requested to sign the Tamdis delivery note in the corresponding box: CONFORM or NON-CONFORM. In the latter case, the Recipient will be asked to provide as much detail as possible in the Observations section.
You must take into account the size of your front door, as well as the size of the stairs and elevator in the community. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package can be delivered through normal access points (doors, stairs, elevators).
As soon as your order arrives at the carrier's location, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the order details and a tracking link.
Tamdis will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. A delivery day and a two-hour time slot will be confirmed for delivery, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (the proposed time slots may vary depending on your postal code). On the agreed day, the delivery drivers will notify you 30 minutes before their arrival.
Our order delivery service includes a scheduled delivery appointment. If the order is delivered and for any reason the recipient cannot be at home at the agreed time, a no-show incident will be opened. Please note that if a second delivery is required, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
You can find all the details of your order and tracking information in your customer account, under the "My Orders" section.
NOTICE: For any type of return, as outlined in the Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds section of Procomobel, S.L., you MUST keep the original packaging boxes, labels, and any accessories and/or related documentation. Otherwise, no return will be processed.
Can there be an extra charge for shipping my order?
Exceptionally, some products may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size or weight, and this cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Additional charges may also arise due to address changes not notified to our customer service in a timely manner, temporary storage, or the customer's absence at the agreed delivery time (breach of commitment). Once the order has been confirmed by Procomobel, the customer agrees to receive it. If the customer refuses to accept the order from our logistics company (Procomobel, Tamdis, or CTT) and the order returns to our warehouses, Procomobel will issue a refund less the logistics costs incurred by the return of the unreceived order.
Procomobel is not responsible if an order cannot be delivered and/or assembled due to space restrictions in the home (door size, elevators, or stairs) that have not been previously communicated, and a supplement will be charged for a second delivery.
Furthermore, by accepting delivery, the customer agrees to be present at the location agreed upon with the carrier on the scheduled date and time and to verify that the order is in good condition at the time of delivery.

Incidents with the Order
If the order is delayed by more than 10 days compared to the approximate delivery time indicated during the PURCHASE PROCESS, please notify us as soon as possible.
When the order is delivered, you must check that everything is in accordance with what was ordered.
For orders that require assembly or weigh more than 20 kg, the customer or recipient will be asked to sign the delivery note in the corresponding box: CONFORM or NON-CONFORM. In the latter case, the Customer/recipient will be asked to provide a comment in the Observations section with as much detail as possible.
Furthermore, if there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must contact PROCOMOBEL S.L. via our email address: info@procomobel.com, leaving your personal information and order number, indicating the discrepancy or problem, and we will contact you shortly to resolve the incident.
IMPORTANT: During sales periods and peak order processing times, delivery times may vary, although we will do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
