The Steppe rug is characterized by its softness, a short and extra short pile wool surface that provide a subtle striped texture. The wool is undyed and owes its natural shades to sheep of various origins from around the world, such as the gray shade from the Russian steppe.

The entire Sheep of the World collection from Lorena Canals has a 20% proportion of New Zealand wool in its composition for superior quality and softness.

why do we love it? The simple, minimalist design but have a detail at the edges, they are finished with a strip of exposed cotton canvas, which frays into fringe under a narrow strip of woven wool in a contrasting color.
